Surrounded by rolling hills, forests, and historic villages, it offers a calm, grounded setting for retreats, team off-sites, creative residencies, and private gatherings.
Seasonal Stays & Coliving
La Vita Sukha is a lived-in, cared-for space where people come for different reasons…
To rest, to work remotely, or simply to enjoy time in nature and community – without pressure or pretence.
Community at La Vita Sukha happens naturally, not by design. Some guests come seeking connection; others come for privacy, focus, or rest.
This is also a way for us to meet and connect with people who might wish to belong to a permanent community here in the future.
We welcome people looking for a longer-term coliving experience, and who value community, sustainability, and mutual contribution.

The Space
About The founder
Founded and owned by Liz Cirelli, La Vita Sukha is a retreat and group-stay villa located in the historic village of Roseto Valfortore, in the Monti Dauni region of Puglia, southern Italy.
Originally built by Liz’s parents over many years, the villa has been lovingly cared for and gently opened to welcome guests seeking calm, beauty, and a slower pace of life. Today, La Vita Sukha offers a grounded, welcoming setting for seasonal stays, retreats, and small group gatherings.
A qualified yoga teacher and permaculture designer, Liz is guided by principles of simplicity, respect for nature, and thoughtful use of space. These values shape how the villa is run – not as an experiment or ideology, but as a lived, practical approach to hospitality.
La Vita Sukha is first and foremost a place to live, work, gather, and rest – held at a human pace, in close relationship with the surrounding land and village life.
